lost in magazine pages

lost in magazine pages

A Poem by billiva

      Lost in magazine pages

Thru magazines I roam, while my favorite song plays,

Vegan no religion, priesthood out of my bucket list when.

Equality you preach. Too fat for varsity team.

The perfume on this page is to wear naked I guess,

Looking for my thoughts I strayed.

Stumble with shameless legs, you’re a woman the ad said.

33 sex secrets no crosswords

I’m a w***e I chorus; my favorite song plays

Beautiful I would feel if I knew what it meant

Can’t breathe, he showed me how much he loves me again

Ugly I felt every time we kiss.

Pills, 2 size shorter, decaf, loving sunsets

nigab,  please look under, the mirror lie again.

 Screaming inside, running mascara,

  Jimmy choo, overweight.

B***h you’re a w***e, now a"collabo"

Treadmills not runways low self-esteem milkshakes

Happy with myself or without it, who’s to say?

Thru pages I roam while my favorite song plays

Meant to be beautiful, a woman I pledge.

”A woman lost in magazine pages.”
