The begrudging stones of manA Poem by The Elder PineA rondeau for Apollonia
The begrudging stones of man overcast
Taking president as their grudges out last
Breaking the bonds of connection
A persistent erection presiding
The blast comes in turn
Spurned by a subjective reality
A one sided prison-duality reigning
A qualm Instigated by condescending inflection of voice
The begrudging stones of man overcast
As woman’s needs become the past
And tangents of pride become vast
Unchecked-a winding road without direction
As love loses protection
Stubborn a*s stands steadfast
The begrudging stones of man overcast
