'Richard': Number Five

I found out that you're taking her to Christmas Ball, and instantly a part of me was disappointed. I had so few options of dates that I somewhat hoped you'd ask.

But I know that that's what I believe dating is in high school: going with different girls to different dances.

You'll make a cute couple. Now that I look back, I can see how it got to this point. (Not that it's a bad thing.)

I really don't mind (I don't think) that you're taking her. It's good for both of you, and I'm glad that you're finally taking some initiative.


What bugs me isn't the asking. It's how. You're doing something sweet for her and it'll be great.

I'm jealous, I admit it. I want someone to do something sweet for me. No one ever has...and I'm starting to care.
