I Will Miss You, Nine

I Will Miss You, Nine

A Poem by Kyari Hasutto
"

Yes, it's Doctor Who.

"
In a matter of minutes, you turned her life around.

With barely a glance back, she followed.
I came with you: an uninvited passenger on the Tardis--
Lost in the wonder of the adventure,
Lost in the mysteries that lay before us.

Mirrored through time was the "Bad Wolf."
It followed you, followed her, until the last stand.
Still, you sent her home, leaving a message that brought her tears.
She couldn't help but play her hand.

You meant so much to me; to her.
Our first doctor shall never be forgotten.
Underneath our excitement for the future--

,

Nine will never be lost.
In our hearts he shall always remain.
Nine is first--
Ever our "fantastic" doctor.
