Think of the moments that We’ve spent together and Think of the fun times it’s been Think of the times when it Seemed to go faster and Think of the times when it slowed
Look at the hourglass Look at the moments of Wondering how long we have left Look at the hourglass Look at the grains of sand Look at how few there are left
We’ve spent most of our lives together And now we have to go But now we have memories Of all that we’ve done Resting at the base of the hourglass
Remember the hourglass Remember the memories When you glance at the sand Remember the classes Remember the teachers When you let go of my hand
It’s time for us to move on It’s time for us to leave And though right now, We’re happy to go We still don’t want to let go…
