You truly are in love with her.

There is a small part of me that wishes we had met earlier, so that I would have had a chance. But most of me believes that if she will make you happiest, then you deserve each other.

It's not right to be jealous of your relationship, but I feel a bit of sadness that every guy I've liked has had his attentions elsewhere.

Soon you'll be gone for two years, and with the love you two appear to have for each other, I'm sure she'll wait for you.

I'm glad that you became my friend, even if it was for a short while.
