I met you last Saturday, and it made the church dance so much more fun. I loved talking to you, and I still like talking to you in texts.

But I'm already running into a problem. My heart wants to dive headlong into this, excited to meet someone, and see where it goes. My head is pulling me back, not wanting to, well, fall in love.

You leave in two months for a two year mission, and by the time you get back, you and I would be able to date...scary thought, isn't it.

I want to be friends with you, but I'm afraid my heart may try to take it too far.

JP, please, help my heart stay back. I don't want to fall in love yet. I'm not ready.
