To bring back the good memories

To see if they help anyway

Help get rid of the bad ones

Hopefully they will go away

Your poem has captured the struggle many of us, are going through, yet are shamed by society to talk about. As a fellow traveller on this road, it is hard to realize there are happy memories, beyond the flashbacks, which haunt my dreams. Am wishing all of the love and luck I give to another person, as you heal your psychic wounds. Thank you, for sharing this very personal poem with us.
