I never thought that I would ever become so numb,

That the loudness of silence will take over me.

And the wound created by you on my heart,

Will never turn into a scar and will always bleed.

 

I never thought that the metaphor of my loss,

Will results into my evanescent screams.

And the void created by your absence,

Will forever reminds me of my broken dreams.

 

I never thought that I will ever be so lost,

As if I won’t be able to find my own self.

When all my thoughts will turn into reality,

And will finally make me so thoughtless.

This piece has no shade of "hope" in it at all... Its merely an honest observation of how you feel and without adding thoughts. Just how you feel. Bitter feelings indeed and a majestic write. The more I read from you the more I want to read. I feel like your heart is an open book and it bears the most unimaginable pain yet it is beautiful even as it mourns. Thanks for sharing again and thanks for being such a great poet and author. A real inspiration.
