The Fallen Tear

The Fallen Tear

A Chapter by Bhavya Kaushik

 †The Evanescent screams†

† The Fallen Tear

Forgive me for shedding this tear in stillness,

From the corner of my eyes which are buried in sadness.

As I watch this tear shedding into an unknown space,

I realize where I stand in my life’s shadowy place.

There is goes all alone in darkness,

By changing its color from silver to scarlet.

There it falls into nothingness,

By enveloping all of my emotions in it.

But then my lungs were shaken by the cold,

And from my chest a sob started to broke.

A tear fall again from the heart of my soul,

The darkness of my life has taken its toll.

"As I watch this tear shedding into an unknown space,
I realize where I stand in my life's shadowy place."

These two have a magical flowing harmony between them... No brake in the meaning and yet perfectly rhymed...

And the rest is just.... perfect. Perfect Bhavya..

I loved each and every line of this poem. The images inside your poem, the visual components are breath-takingly beautiful...

Majestic job from a Majestic Poet...

This is sad, a piece that really makes the reader feel.
In this stanza: And from my chest a sob started to broke.
broke doesn't seem fit, and maybe, you should have added
break. I know you wanted it to rhyme though. It always
helps me to read my words outloud, and then I can see my
own mistakes, and how it sounds to my ears.

In this stanza: A tear fall again from the heart of my soul,
instead of "fall", it sounds better with fell.

Good write though..I always like the way you add so many emotions.
