ONE DAY U’LL LOVE ME……

 

I saw you today with your full grace…..

And it created a huge smile on my face…

Oh! You are the beat of my heart…

And I never want us to be apart…

I wish everything to change….

With every single step I take….

You are my life…my heart….

And living in every vein of mine….

 

I just tried so hard…

And told you everything without any last…..

But,

You just broke my heart so fast…..

Oh! This feeling is like no other…

I’m just broken inside….

I then gathered each and every broken piece of my heart…

Just in front of your eyes….

And for my surprise….You haven’t said a thing….

Neither spared any lie…

My heart just cried…

But I still managed to smile….

 

You turned back to your fake friends….

And they gave you a piece of advice….

Of letting me down whenever I tried to rise…

I saw you today with your full grace…

And that still created a smile on my face…

As I even love you more then myself…..

You are still a part of my life…

But I promise you…One day…

One day you’ll love me more than yourself….

 

 

 

Time folded itself…

And I’m no longer the person I used to be…

But why are you so changed now?

As now you want me……

I know how you feeling now….

As every season of rain…

Is increasing your pain…

Yes! You are still pretending….

It’s not your happy ending…..

It’s not your happy ending…..

 

And then...you remember my last words for you….

 

 

"Yet I’m leaving

But it’s not my last goodbye…

One day….I’ll be back….

Just to make you Cry…..

As I’m sure that One day you’ll love me…..

Like I once used to love you…..

One day you’ll fall for me….

Like I’ve fallen for you…..

One day you’ll need me……

Like I once needed you…..

One day you’ll miss me….

Like I once missed you…..

One day you’ll sing for me….

Like I once sang for me….

One day you’ll search for me…

Like I once searched you…..

One day you’ll pray for me…

Like I once prayed for you…..

 

One day you’ll write poetries for me…

Like I once used to write…

With its starting lines-

Omigod, Bhavya, this is so heartfelt, so lovely. I can feel the emotion in every line, and especially the gravity of the words:

"I saw you today with your full grace�..
And it created a huge smile on my face�"

when they are repeated.

It's a sad poem, but there's the hope for triumph at the end. The promise of more tears to come, unfortunately, just not for the eyes of the beholder but the ones he beholds.

Tragedy again. And well depicted�yet again.
I think I have told you before that it is not easy to write on the same thing again and again and yet keep the reader interested in your work. Although you mostly write on the same subject, the same emotions, going through every piece of yours is a new experience.

This is one of your old writings, posted almost a year back. I do not know if you have gone through it recently�but if you do perhaps you will notice what I noticed.

There is no dearth of emotions in this one, like all your other writings but the organization and expression of your feelings has grown from what it was then to what it is now.

When love is not returned, even then we love. That is perhaps the best and worst part of it.

This is a very heartfelt poem. There is sadness here, yet strength to
go on. We as humans should never make someone want to love us,
and be in the weakened state to just about put up with anything.
Love should never be about that. Funny though how when you
walk away, no longer available, they want us....well, the hell with them
