Prologue: Annihilation

Prologue: Annihilation

A Chapter by Bryant Foster

And the rain turns to hail,
Hail then to fire;
Fire burns all without fail.

The buildings collapse -
Commence the destruction of mankind -
Did we bring this pain upon ourselves, perhaps?

Looking into the past,
This is the only way to see
What could have happened, in contrast.
