Withhold My Heart

Withhold My Heart

A Poem by Sarah

Withhold My Heart

Capture me,

Take me away with you.

I don’t ever want you to let go of me.

For fear that you should find someone better.

Someone who can love you with all their heart,

because it has never been broken.

You can have me until the day we both die.

You turn around and tell me this.

Baby, withhold my heart as long as we both live.
