Teardrops

Teardrops

A Poem by Sarah

“Teardrops”

The tears that run down my face,

aren’t there because,

I’m sad,

I’m angry,

because I hate myself.

Those tears are there because,

I lost you,

because I lost you,

I’m depressed,

I’m sad,

I’m angry,

I hate myself.

The tears go away,

then you hurt me once again.

The tears return,

you lied to me,

you played with my heart.

All I have left now is a broken heart,

and painful memories.
