Unforgettable

A little love poetry from me :) Inspired by the song of Nat King Cole "Unforgettable"

May I tell you the things that my heart feels?

That flutter in my chest, like a wind blowing on a candle.

The clenching in my torso, that no medicine heals.

Because the feeling that you give me is unforgettable.

May I tell you how you look in my loving eye?

Like the restless sea, so untamed and beautiful.

Like a wild flower field, so magnificent, with colors that never die.

Because the image that you paint for me is unforgettable.

May I tell you how I always hear your voice?

The magical melody that makes my body tremble.

Like a thousand guitar strings that leave me with no choice.

Because the music of your speech is unforgettable.

And finally, may I tell you just how much I love you?

How I love your eyes and smile, how they make me blissful.

How the moment I met you was the moment I knew

That I finally found someone unforgettable.
