A Poem by Beth Sullivan

you're my life and now you're gone
so i have no reason to move on
we said i love you, but you dont anymore
all your feelings went out the door
i gave you my everything and all my time
just to find out you weren't forever mine
so goodbye, my air because you were what i breathed
when i felt my heart break i knew i had to leave
so cut my neck as i slowly die
and watch my soul float into the sky

A passionate piece this one, a lost love, the will to live gone. The hopes that would last forever. In so few words you have captured the depth of those feelings and have made your reader experience your loss. A title recomendation:
"Goodbye....." Its all about goodbies. A goodbye to the lover, a goodbye to love, a goodbye to live. A truly remarkable piece. Another favorite!
