Chapter 12 The Worrying Meeting

Chapter 12 The Worrying Meeting

A Chapter by WritersSoul

I stood still in the shower, feeling yet alone and depressed, after being with Jade, I felt full and alive around her. She made me come out of my 'isolation' zone and into a 'comfort' zone, it was peaceful being around her. I couldn't help but think about her, she was forever stuck on my mind like a leech. I was never gonna get over how kind she has been to me, even though I was mean to her in the start.

I shut of the steamy hot water that made me a little dizzy and wrapped my towel around my bottom half, feeling chill already stepping out. With the dance still going on, it was more that quiet, it was empty, like left alone. An eerie feeling came over me.
I stepped out the shower doors and felt a cold wave fly over me. I stared at the floor as I walked to my dorm which was close by my shower block. I looked up and jolted. Jade was slumped at my door like she had been stabbed or just collapsed.
My pulse suddenly shot up and I raced to her. She had changed and possibly showered from her stringy hair still dripping. I touched the girl that was breathing and slowly opened her eyes. I was knelt in front of her, my firm grip steadied on her shoulders, I was shaking, not because of the little chill.
Her eyes fully opened, her eyes grew large and her pupils expanded. Her face looked stricken. Like she had been shocked, her hands folded over her stomach. I looked down quick and removed her hands, nothing there.
"What?" She said in a very quiet voice it was barely a whisper.
I breathed a sigh of rerlief that she was okay.
She took in my full appearance, seeing my hair she smiled and traveled her eyes down to my face that wasn't really amused. I had thought this girl had been severly hurt.
"I thought something happened to you." I stood, my hair fell over my eyes, stringy and dripping. She stood too, I seen what she was wearing. Skinny blue jeans that suited her with All Stars coverses, and a plain black and white sleeveless top. Her hair was down and dripping wildly.
"I'm fine," she smiled that smile that reassured me. "You said to get a shower or changed and wait here after I'm finished, so I did." She smiled again.
I thought for a minute, that she must've rushed to do that. We seperated at the Cafe after tha plan was made.
Meant to go in, get changed or have a shower and she was meant to meet me at my dorm, but we just left literally. I looked at the clock on the wall farther down and it had only been like 9 minutes ago. No wonder she was having a kip at my door, because she rushed to get here.
I smiled a impressive smile, she caught me smiling and grinned.
She looked at my hair and flicked it, catching it in her fingers. "I like your hair like this." She smiled, I didn't pull back, I didn't really want to.
After she realised she had held on too long, she was highly embarrassed, turning away and saying for me to get ready already. I smiled and went in, closed the door behind me, I waited until I heard it. Her slump of her body hit the floor. I smiled.
