I let you go  but I need to finally make you mine

 

I said I loved you so damn much,

And you believed my soft smile,gentle touch.

I felt so warm and comfortable with you,

But I was rubber and you were glue.

 

Now when I see you pass by me,

There's tears in my eyes, but you don't see.

You used to trust me with your life and heart,

But I caused us to stray apart.

 

I suppose we never made quiet sence,

But that was the past, now is a different tense.

Now I don't want things just 'fine'

I want to be again, your sweet devine.

 

So, next to you see me, do me one thing,

Kiss me like a warm breath of spring.

Hold me so we entwine,

And finally I'll make you mine.

 

Author's Note

It may come across as cconfusing but It's about how someone (me) pushed someone (a boy) away because I felt we didn't match and he couldn't be trusted but now I want him back because I know it was the wrong decision...
