Sarahs WindowA Story by LE BerryAn artist tells of her thoughts about life.I will never need to leave my home, that of warmth and simple shelter to know of different spaces. All I will ever seek is my beds room and its solitary window. Depending upon the moment, the view it provides is narrow or expansively wide. There where the glass to gaze through comes with an understanding that things will always change. Volumes read and kept will tell of lands creating amazement and wonder in mind; while reading of them I am there. But the view I know when looking out and beyond the aging and perfect pane, will have me remembering the yellow light of mid-summer, the golden rays of fall and the pristine white of winters snow and ice. Every night, before I drift into sleep, there to find creation deep within my dreams, I know the full moon will bring forth subtle shades of grey once again. As they have fallen through the looking glass many times, I have seen them all. And the tree I will gaze upon at sunrise, rooted there in my backyard, is moving, but slowly, as it reaches into a blueing sky. And once again I'll marvel in my quiet heart of willing, that in time I might look upon and come to understand, that which was once unseen. © 2019 LE BerryAuthor's Note
