Confused

Confused

A Poem by snooki

Who can you trust

If not your father

Who are you suppose to feel safe around

If not your father

Who is supposed to set the example

 If not your father.

You try to scream

But the voice inside you goes silent

You try to run

But your knees go weak

You feel your heart beating, knowing that the end is here.

You hear footsteps coming,

Knowing that it’s going to be a long night

Big, rough, tough hands grabbing you, pinning you down to the bed

You lay there.

Silent, motionless, still as a rock.

Tears slowly run down your checks

You ask yourself internally

“Is this how a father loves you?”

You’re screaming in pain

But no one seems to hear

You’re praying to God that she sees the pain in your face

The sorrow in your eyes.

She sits there, knowing what happens

When the moon comes out and the sky turns dark

And jet she does nothing

She envying the ground you walk on

The breath you bereave

She hates you even more because your

 Getting what she wants

She hates you even more because

He can only seem to love you, and not her.

You ask yourself internally

“Is this how there suppose to love me?”

You’re confused inside

Scared of every noise you hear, scared of the night

Scared his going to come back.

You ask them

“Is this how you’ll suppose to love me?”
