![]() I heard Sylvia's liesA Poem by Berenseeing the poems you wrote to other women darkened my soul but I loved them there was a piece of you in a piece I could never reach. I don't mind if you want to burn them. Write for them with erasable pens. But please engrave me on your desk If you choose to forget me one day I don't know what I would do with my wrecked soul who wrecked everything she loved I know, I have no right to tell you carve your words into my tombstone We can both be selfish to hold each other for ourselves under those words I know what i said that i won't write for you again i'm sorry i think that's a lie you don't want me to keep I will always crave your words you will always be my first stop don't forget that i am the ghost under your bed I always watch you in the dark If you one day decide to erase me and leave here I'm not saying this for myself but Sylvia would want you to stay. Sylvia lies about everything she says. I heard her. She misses but won't confess and she won't come back.
