slaughter

slaughter

A Poem by Beren
"

woke up and chose violence today

"

You haven't been loved enough to tell my honesty from flattery*

We both said  what we meant

You called me a clown

I called you a cruel

Don't worry, you're not the first man who’s afraid of love and runs away

I didn't leave the paints just because our colors didn’t fit

You are a poet who sees even Casablanca colorless

It's a perfect love movie

I'm sure you didn't understand

Do you still want my honesty?

An honest enemy is always to be preferred over a deceitful friend. But violence never solves anything. It can end life but cannot enrich it. Peace should be maintained even if it means walking away. If peace cannot be maintained then destruction of self or others is imminent.

Your words means a lot. Thank you for your visit, I am grateful.
An extraordinarily clear but tragic post, dear friend. Seems that arrogance and unkindness are unravelled in your words. There are far too many people who try to bend minds as if that was a right, a rule of play. It is NOT and you have made it clear that your life, your YOU and your being is what is your due throughout your life. Hooray and kudos for your first-class self defence. Always pride yourself in withstanding the would-be masters of Humankind - if they were wise, they would stay silent. What's the saying, 'Better be silent and thought a fool, than speak and be known as one! '
