limboA Poem by Beren OngurI can only endure God's uncertainty and for that I got lost in too many lines Being in the dark doesn't scare me if I'm the only one who turn off the lights I am the one who turned off the glow of the divines You don't cause me a sunny* day just because you made me to listen Doris Day. You can't turn the "perhapses" in my head into yeses by asking me to dance. I sleep in your arms wondering if you will leave me tomorrow I stay close to the door so I can escape at any moment You were bragging about turning winter into summer It was just a climate crisis, honey Every time I kissed you my lips would split and we thought it was passion Is red the color of love or blood? When I told you I hated the movie The Notebook you should have known I couldn't stand these fights You made me believe in the dream that an empty lot would become a mansion While carrying the bricks, you left me there and went to the nearest broken heart I can turn this into a real poem but yours is just Conceptual Art.
