coffee? tea?

coffee? tea?

A Poem by Ben

As we walk lonely in these streets we breathe
This night is dark and no I cannot see.
As we begin this just gets harder.
We really will not break, we're harder.
Come from deep within, show me your colors
I'm many shades of blue, therefor you must be gold
No need for me to realize you're different than others
After all you are somewhat precious.
And as we smile, and we frown, and we grasp for your world-out of hand
Laying between the grains, as we explore deeper within the sand.
And as we sit atop these picket fences, and scare crows
we know beyond what is obvious.
As the shooting stars fall, we run to save them.
We tell the moon not to cry, and we keep it company.
We smile staring into the skies at midnight-morning,
and tilt the crescent moon just a little more leftwards,
so now it is smiling back at us.
