Hercules

Hercules

A Poem by TheGhost
"

Unconquered Hercules.

"

 Hercules .

Your godlike appearance intimidates my fantom as its stronger than its soul.

My Heartstrings demons are awaiting to attack.

All the blazing fire whom you found stuck in my heart are now filled

with the forbidden poisen of affection that you took from me.

and now im left on the desolate hill where my love for her was token by you.

Hercules, you are unconquered.

Hercules.

I like this:)

It reminds me of Rumi, as far as wording goes.

Some of it is a bit hard to understand, but overall its rather enjoyable and deep.

To me it signifies the struggle between mind and body, how its hard to overcome the physical desire for the sake of the soul, because we all know that its hard to resist those seemingly small temptations, but we're better in the end if we overcome them, and if we dont, we've learned, for sure, when its all said and done...

I look forward to reading more of your work:)
