Mary's Song

Mary's Song

A Poem by E. Paris
"

I wrote this one at Christmastime a few years ago about Mary.

"

Sing softly dear angel,

Wake not my babe.

Speak gently good shepherd,

He’s asleep on the hay.

Come quickly now wise men

Follow his bright star.

Bring kindly your treasures,

Your gifts from near and far.

Sleep soundly sweet baby,

Hush now I pray.

Hold tightly my finger,

For by your side I’ll stay.

About
I love writing but haven't had much time to do so in the last few years. But now that I'm done with college, I hope to get back into it and maybe finish a novel. I think that God has gifted me with th.. more..
