What has become

Of people we know

Or of people we used to know

Have they changed so much that you feel like you never knew them

Never talked to them

Never liked them

Never met them

Have people changed too much that they don't know who they used to be

Or don't even think they have changed

Or maybe you think you've changed 

Maybe you don't know who you are

Or maybe the person you used to be is hiding 

It's hiding inside your soul waiting 

Just waiting

For you to realize who you are

And what you've become

Or maybe you know deep down that you have changed 

But you just don't want to change back

Because you never really liked 

The person you were

And so it really makes me wonder

What has become 

of me?
