Listen with your mind

The mind is a master puzzle maker and obliterator.

Taking essence and disseminating it on soap boxes,

In the hinter regions of the psyche.

Reconstructing reality as a game.

 

Listen with your heart,

Listen.

The heart lends its intimacy to everything it comes across.

Making it glow with a particular florescent tenor,

The same mechanism which allows

The torch light to set my hands alight in a dark room.

Or lets the sunlight shine through

A perfect piece of amber.

 

Listen with the pit of your stomach.

Where a tight interior tensions resides.

In it you might find desire, fear, avoidance, wishing, resisting

 

Listen with this final impulse

This sensation of seeking,

Defines the contours of my very existence.

Leaving me on my knees

On ground zero as it where.
