KissingA Poem by beckyflowa
A kiss was just two mouths touching before I met you.
Two loners sharing a common want, desire. Cold, wet, forced Hands not sure where they belong So a kiss with you? (I was not expecting much) But when I entered your eyes and they plunged mine, I was in some foreign paradise. Warm, like a childhood holiday. Safe, like some preternatural haven instilled within us And when our lips embraced it was as if our sole purpose was for this one kiss. A kiss was just two mouths touching before I met you, And if I may kiss you no more, I wish to never kiss again. © 2018 beckyflowa |
