A Poem That I wrote When I broke Up With My First Love.

You broke my heart worse than ever before,

Even after everything you swore.

How could you do this to me,

right after saying we were meant to be?

 

Baby I can't do this anymore.

You shoved a knife strait to the core.

I can't hang on through all this pain.

There is no difference between tear drops & rain.

 

You said you would never break me heart,

Then decided to tear it apart.

It tore me into a million pieces,

With absolutely no real reason.

 

I'm letting you go,

Because I can't wait for you.

Everything you said,

was never even true.

Where this road will lead me,

I don't know,

But baby I'm letting you go.
