Thinking back,

I was crazy wasn’t I?

If you asked then I would’ve just replied with

Crazy in love

 

Freaking out every second night

Crying with you and about you

Turning for your word on every occasion,

Kinda stalker-ish when I look at it like that

But,

I really did love you

Didn’t I?

 

I’ve moved on now

And I’m happier and healthier

I just wanted to thank you

For everything that you did for me

And put up with for me

I was an a*****e

But you helped me turn into the person I am now

You changed me from wanting to improve for you

To wanting to improve for myself

And for that I’m grateful

 

My eyes no longer follow you around

Wishing for what I cannot have

I’ve finally moved on
