the need to hate

Women have been pushed under men for far too long and it infuriates me. Misogynists see women's success and immediately throw dirt at her and try to bring them down.

The misogyny, the misogyny Is it hatred or insecurity? The misogyny, the misogyny. Formed by religious men, oppressed by some certain threats, claimed for their purity. This misogyny, this misogyny. Left for their "immaturities" I wonder if I'm really "delicate and defenseless" What's the matter? I thought I was offenseless. offenseless, defenseless, and senseless oh wait, I forgot pretentious. I'm just being realistic In truth, You're just a misogynist, A narcissist, An opportunist, An antagonist The definition of a misfit. This misogyny, this misogyny Taught me a lot about this society You poser, you seeker But in the end, You're just an insecure, little weeper.

We have come along way but unfortunately there is still a long road head. There are misogynists everywhere and more so in some parts of the world than others. Many as a result of their religious beliefs, others because they just don't like women and don't consider them as equals. I think it is very telling. Maybe they are fearful of what women can do and can achieve. Whether they like it or not, they are the dinosaurs. Times are changing. Good topical write. Thanks for sharing.

I agree. Although times are changing, the hatred is still there and it's growing. The hate crime towards women are increasing day by day. It's scary how every other week we hear about a women or girl being raped or brutally murdered.
It's hideous really.

I so agree. There needs to be much better education to break the cycle. It is often passed down the line and much tougher penalties for inflicting these hideous crimes. Too often the punishment is far too soft. It gives out the message that it's all OK to carry on doing it. Sad times.

In some parts of the world I am inclined to agree, but that is not a blanket situation everywhere. It would be far better if we could get to the root of the evil and stop it before it all starts. Not all men are barstewards. Some are so very gentle and loving.

Yes not all men. But if I was bitten by a dog once and I come across another, I wouldn't wait around expecting it to be any different than the once I encountered before. I would avoid them all in order to not get bitten again.
