About my Painful reality.

Been so rough dealing with love

It’s almost as if you’re an injured dove

You feel weak and flightless

All your thoughts are filled with mess

 

However, love is so beautiful on the other side

It’s when you forgive and swallow your own pride

You would learn to put humility in between

Just to see again the prettiest smile you’ve ever seen

 

Him, greeting you a good morning

The same goes as well as in the evening

Her, asking if you’ve eaten your meal

If not, you’ll be facing a pretty big deal

 

Love is just so romantic

Others just might think you’re mad and sick

Then you’ll not mind them and say, “So be it “,

If to them I’m sick, I don’t regret it even a bit

 

I once believed in loving throughout infinity

Long and lasting state of being happy

A state when you have someone

That will light your darkness with the sun

 

But then I became selfish

My thoughts; so childish

I cut him out my life for no better reason

Just a horrid & painful decision

 

But even though my reason was no better

And it just put the both of us in despair

It will still give him the opportunity

To find someone much better than me

 

Sometimes, you just have to accept reality

Reality that will ruin your own infinity

A day will come that our feelings will be proven indefinite

And that our love will only be finite.
