Six Feet under.A Poem by bebop278A personal poem about dealing with grief.Six Feet Under. A poem by Kim Mathews. I search through my mind, looking through old files and drawers, trying to remember what it was like. Frantically I look, knowing the memories are fading and yet unable to stop Time's cleaning. My tears hit the page, smudging the thoughts wrote in my mind, blurring the vague shadow of what I had. ...... Yet I know when I find it, it won't matter: because the closest I'll come to a hug from my father is only six feet. © 2012 bebop278Reviews
