I'm smiling. I don't know, did you have any other particular purpose here? For this is, first of all, fine linguistic clowning. One of the reasons I like Shakespeare so much is this very same carefree and intelligent play with words, sounds and twisted meanings. But now I see the title I realise that this fragmentation might as well be made on purpose. This is good purposeful writing that employs a creative use of language.
