seedling

seedling

A Poem by bey

my seedling has a broken heart
which drips with tears and sad
she dropped her head
in spoken cries she said,
“i do not know my dad”

and she lost her favored friend
in whom she found love first
although she’s young
and more loves will come
inside she feels a burst

she sat in shambled body
due to pain she has incurred
she sniffed her nose
as i sat and told
a mother’s nurtured word

my seedling has a broken heart
that will soon be on the mend
with nothing more to do
than pray and trust in You
i will love her to no end

this is a very tender poem. It shows a mothers love through its tender words and the answer is always "a mother's nurtured word", thats what us moms are for. Happy Mothers day sis
