* longing to collide *

wishing to willfully escape -

                       to tangle and then twist
                                  like the melody of the wind,

                           an ache to perfectly entwine

                     with depth, simply molding us
                            - into so much more  

                           my heartbeat quickens

                        because it is -

you capture joy in such a vivd way in this verse. i eel this high on my good days and it is just like that. but in this short work there are also signs of vulnerability. 'an ache to perfectly entwine' as if knowing this happiness can be taken away. it is a very textural work with that i really vibed with.
