Silence Isn't Bad Tonight

I write what is on my mind (like everyone should) & this came to it (meaning my mind). My life has been hard & sometimes it seems like nothing is there... So here's a poem. Not one of my better ones, but it'll do for now.

Sometimes there's a silence
It fills my soul then overflows
Hard to contain
And hard to destroy
I'm forced to abandon my thoughts
So this thing may grow
It's not something I like
I rarely enjoy no words
But tonight
As I feel it
I want it to stay till I sleep

I really like the idea of this poem. It's short and sweet, and full of great imagery. I like the whole mental image, and it's very unique and cool.
