Crescendo

Crescendo

A Poem by BLBrown

Awaken.
Breathe hard.
Cull unjust rewards.
Desire some happiness.
Enrage glass-bound poisons.
Fear the diving hawk that seeks.
Gift happiness and peace to the killers.
Herald the mist that hides the pale mirror.
Invite trampled moss and die away the hours.
Jabber on with rough-worn birds in viral discord.
Kindle hair that promotes meek insubstantial illusion.
Loathe gambler's petty addiction thus outing bitter cause.
Master moral menace in the shadow of the dripping rainbow.
Negate the lava-burning rivers pouring into ice-edged oceans.
Obliterate the broken bridges roaring past heady masses.
Pray to God or Son with ample narcissistic tendencies.
Quit the broken heart abandoned at death's archway.
Refuse empty offers disguised as fantastic truths.
Sear lands in cinder rain burning up the trees.
Taint the clean cocoon with soiled tar.
Upend ancient statues as they cry.
Varnish the lost wooden toys.
Waste withered moments.
Xerox vacant hands.
Yell about silence.
Zoom away.
