Almost

How do I tell you? 

  That since the first day 

I was captivated 

  By your smile 

Your eyes 

  Your arms 

I asked my friends what they thought 

  They said to give myself to you

I tried 

  To break the barriers that I put up 

I was too weak 

  Now I lost you

But still  

  You come and hug me 

You ask if I'm single 

   You defiantly flirt 

Even though you have someone 

  A blond someone 

Who should be me 

  You ask me again 

Do you have someone? 

  No, but I almost did
