Fire or light

Of hells fire, or heavens light

Of which did you spawn

A fiend of darkness or an angel of dawn.

A flame, malice, crooked and evil

Or a light, to give hope to people

Born of the blackness, sin of man

Or of the light, shinning down upon the land

Are you a destructive force, of which I must abide

Or a safe haven, one where I can hide

So answer me, fiend or angel

Seems a little abrupt ending, but love the imagery and your language/style of writing. You may wish to look into reading something like Milton's Paradise Lost. Vividly drawn. =D
