Did You Know?

Written on 2-7-13 I was thinking a lot about something and I had to write. So I did. There is no stanza breaks atm. I'm just not sure where I'd put them. There are a lot of feels in this poem...

It hurts.
Did you know?
My heart is breaking inside.
As cliche as it is,
My soul is aching
For you, for a relationship,
But it can't come to be.
Not right now,
Maybe in the future.
Unfortunately, though,
Now is my desire.
I want to be with you,
To be held by you,
Cuddle with you on your couch,
Just sitting in silence
And enjoying each others company.
I'd fall asleep in your arms
And we'd rest that way
Until we needed to part.
I'd hold your hand,
Smiling constantly
And looking into your sweet eyes.
Your face so bright,
So inviting, so handsome.
I'd need to hold back
So as not to move too fast.
It hurts.
Did you know?
I love you with all of me,
Yet cannot express it.
It's hard.
