Green Meets Blue

Green Meets Blue

A Poem by Brad Baum

Green meets blue,

Puzzled together with jagged edge,

Enclosed within a four by four box, or perhaps one much smaller.

A static image, that both moves and lies still.

The change of the solstice brings a change of scenery,

Yet none at all.

Green, to red, to white, to green.

And to think of time as linear

I really love this poem. I had to read it a few times over, but it really is amazing. In my head an image is created of lagos stacked, and then "the change of scenery" is to see all the colors torn apart. Seeing all the colors between. Like a sunset. I admire your ability to create such an amazing picture in such a small amount of words.
