Howling at the Moon

Howling at the Moon

A Poem by Bat Juby
"

love

"

Women!

do not fear

the man with open heart

He does not yield it

to strike you down

it is an offering

to your femininity

from his masculinity

an attempt

to help heal

those painful wounds

you carry inside

which you hide

by wearing black

and howling at the moon

AH oooooo .... An open heart is very hard to resist ... I like the direct simplicity of your words. Many women howl at the moon but your poem gives those howlers hope. Good job, BJ...
