Reprogramming your brainA Poem by B.JFelt a little anger today at myself and took it out on the computerReprogramming your brain Time and tears have taken it's toll Tears flowed silently down my face year after year Time has hardened me leaving trails of reminders Anger flows tonight, as his words revolve like a shot gun Words that flowed permanently in my soul Every hurt, every word he uttered I know the scars are there, they were well hidden The happiness I denied myself The everyday reminders that file through my body Like demons possessing my soul I felt like a robot, not human I separate myself from my body My mind is a blank for days Hiding within myself not letting anyone in Will the words ever leave me With all my energy I've slowly been taking back my life It's been my life for so long Reprogramming your brain Explain the brain and how it works Takes your energy
