Under the open skyA Poem by B.JBeing remembrance day I wanted to write something truly AustralianUnder the open sky Across where the Never Never land ranges Where the bush chapel ranges Under the open sky For whom ever roams by Echo's God's praises The open sky full of stars That shine the way For travelers that roam this land Days filled with heat, fierce winds Heat waves that flow, piercing eyes Bearded and Bronzed men have roamed this land Voices low and dry, hard working men Searching for the bush chapel Under the open sky Travelers roam this land, today Camping under the open sky Searching for stars that show his Glory Across where the Never Never Land ranges As far as the eye can see Days filled with heat, fierce winds His love shines under the stars Telling the story of Gods love The bush chapel is where you find it Under the stars of the outback Or in the city under the stars Maybe a chapel in the park
