Listen "Hear the wind"

I feel it is an adventure when I walk, I can feel the wind and it talks to me each day

Ride on the coattails of the wind

Throughout the land

Listen to the wind

Hear it's story

From the oceans the wind

Whips up another story

So wide and deep

Giant waves who've slept so long

Now awake, creating stories

The winds journey from the ocean

To the forests, a jewel of the land

Creating, wind swept trees

Hear it's story

Journey to the mountains

Feel the wind, on your face

Listen to the wind

As it echo's, a story for only you

A journey taken on the coattails of the wind

Into a story created by you, enthusiastic

To feel the wind, to hear the story of the wind

A journey across the land, to the oceans deep

Through forests, a jewel of the land

To the mountains, where you feel the wind for only you

it's usually much easier to write poems about the seasons, the sunrise or sunset as you can see them and paint them with your words. but you've tackled the wind instead and did a great job of it.

Very good description of the wind. I love the sentence: Ride on the coattails of the wind. It's a very poetic picture of a phenomenon in nature. And yes, I agree, the wind talks, you just have to listen close.
