Motivation to do something on a hot day

You're not always going to feel motivated.
You're not always going to feel like you want to play.
There are times when we feel like we just don't want to show up
There are times when we just want to stop.
I know I've been there

We wonder and dream at times there must be an easier way
Salty teardrop fall from the corner of your eyes
You take deep breaths as your chest tightens
Our stomach at times is tied up in knots
We just want to give up
Throw in the towel

We are people we are disciplined
We don't give up

Disciplined, driven, we want more than most, we want it all

Share the love, with those you love
The legacy of a life well lived.

We keep moving in life
Dusting ourselves off
Motivating ourselves
Lifting our spirits
We do what we need to do
Because that's who we are.

Yup. Keep paddling lest you get swept downstream and over the edge. I have days when I don't even want to get out of bed. But I do it anyway. Great reminder in this to keep moving forward.

Yup I did over the past few days and have been recovering from it, shifting my furniture around to have new vinyl laid and putting it back. All part of a new life, it was a challenge to do but its done now and I can see the results. The only thing is the bones don't recover the way they used too. That takes a bit longer.

In a way I was motivated yesterday, we have not had any spring so far this year down under, 37deg it got too so I stay in the cool and did some writing. To hot to even walk the dogs in the afternoon.
