Sea of LoreA Poem by PoetryofProvidence1982 I think
To natures sea and wondrous lore
for you all her depths explore her splendid heights and glorious dawns riding on her vibrant songs Her teaching rarely is obtuse or the given meanings loose Her soul is never the mundane or cherished muse among the sane only hunters are the blessed to know her at her very best all the wretched toil and pain are part the cost to have her gain Touching heart with gentle hand to give the richness of the land unto a ready tempered man No emptiness nor vain design or experiences brought to mind anything life does dispense given but for gain of sense No losing score upon her ground for in it all she does expound to the one who pursues verity for Love and not severity and to favors is not blind giving wisdom to the kind © 2010 PoetryofProvidence |
