Waiting

Waiting

A Poem by Josh

The boy stoond alone
He waited for something
He didn't want to move and miss it.
He had been waiting for the moment it would arrive his whole life
He would wait for it in till it came
He had moved times before, but regreted it
He wanted it to arrive, so he waited
Not moving an inch
People passed him by, but this did not distract him
He knew what he was waiting for and was bound to find it
He would stand there forever in till it came.
But the wind gusted out of no where, and fate had not wanted it so
He tried to stand still, tried to stay strong
But the wind over came him and he fell
He had failed, he was not happy, but would show no remorse for himself, he wanted to wait for it, and knew he would stand up again and wait for fate again.
He would eventually agree with fate
He knew that much
